Contemporary Art Tasmania provides a program of experimental art exhibitions characterised by innovation and energy.
CAT provides assistance to support, inspire and develop Tasmanian contemporary artists and their practice. They initiate and present projects that provide artists with industry networking and critical engagement and also provide curators with exhibition mentorship opportunities.
The client wanted to push the boundaries of design and interface to reflect the ever-challenging ethos of the organisation and its contribution to the local and international arts community. The initial challenge was to incorporating the new CAT colour palette into a minimal design.
