I helped create and launch their new identity, signalling a milestone in altogethers evolution - a maturing brand with renewed focus on customers.

Everyday, hundreds of strata and building managers, body corporates, developers and community customers come to the altogether website so improving their online CX was essential for the business.

Creating a simplified login and signup system that effectively captures behaviour data was essential to inform our future decisions.

Reduce the time of customer sign up

We achieved this by removing any unnecessary information in the signup form and allowing our users to set their preferences in the account area post signup.

Increase transparency of information

We created an intuitive interface which clearly displayed the offered utility rates, customer benefits, regulations, terms and conditions.

User research shown over 80% of users accessed their altogether account on a mobile device.

In response I designed a mobile centric account experience for both mobile and desktop by using a single column user interface. This retained a consistent experience across both devices and allowed for a more modular design.
